How Speed Up handles your personal data
When we contact you in your professional role
Who is responsible?
Speed Up Mobile AB, company reg. no. 556615-9520, Kivra: 556615-9520, 106 31 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller. Contact: integritet@speedupmobile.com.
Why do we have your data?
We sell software to companies and organisations. We contacted you because your professional role is responsible for the area our products relate to. Your data is used only to contact you in that role about our products (e.g. Raiven Inspect).
What data?
Name, title, employer, work email, work phone, and where and when we found the data. We never store private data or assessments of you as a person. We make no automated decisions and do not profile you.
Where does the data come from?
From public sources, such as your employer's website, annual report, or public procurement databases.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): to offer companies and organisations relevant products. You may object at any time; if you object, we stop immediately.
How long?
Until you ask us to stop, or at most 12 months after the last contact if we have no ongoing dialogue. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only your email address on a suppression list so that we never contact you again.
Who receives the data?
We do not sell or share your data for others' purposes. We use processors that handle data on our behalf: email (Google), hosting (netcup GmbH, data centre in Vienna, Austria, EU), and AI services that help us summarise and prepare replies (Anthropic), under data processing agreements that limit their use of the data and under which they do not train their models on your data. Transfers to the US (Google, Anthropic) take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where the provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, on that basis.
Your rights
You can find out what we hold about you, have it corrected, erased or restricted, and object to us contacting you. Email integritet@speedupmobile.com or reply "no thanks" to our email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
When you contact us (contact form and email)
If you contact us via the contact form on raiveninspect.com or email us directly (e.g. hej@raiveninspect.com), we process the data you provide yourself.
What data: name, company, email address (required) and phone number (optional), plus what you write in your message. Our web server also logs your IP address, as for every page visit.
Purpose and legal basis: we use the data only to answer and handle your enquiry and show how Raiven could work for you. The legal basis is legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to enquiries you send us.
Who receives the data: your message is sent to us as an email. For this we use Cloudflare (email forwarding) and Google (mailbox), which process the data on our behalf under data processing agreements. Transfers to the US take place under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where the provider is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, on that basis. The form itself stores nothing — no database, no logging of the field contents.
How long: we keep your message (the email) for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any ongoing dialogue, and at most 12 months after the last contact if the dialogue does not continue.
Your rights: you can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction, and object. Email integritet@speedupmobile.com. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se).
